Kundalini Yoga with Cindy

Move, Breathe, Chant, Meditate!

Cindy is a certified Kundalini Yoga teacher who is passionate about the transformative potential and power of yoga for everyone!

Kundalini yoga classes use breath, movement, mantra, and meditation to build inner strength and awareness and to heal and connect the mind, body, and spirit. Each class includes at least one kriya, which is an exercise or series of exercises taught in sequence to produce a desired effect. There are numerous kriyas and meditations designed to help improve our ability to manage stress, connect with our energy of creativity, open our hearts to compassion, and stimulate and balance the physical and energetic aspects of ourselves, and so much more.

This practice gives us tools to gracefully deal with the challenges that we all face in life, giving us the steadiness and resilience to move through our lives with greater clarity, joy and ease.

Classes are open to all students at all levels of experience – just bring an open mind!
